Programmers aren’t so much mages as they are inventors and tinkerers. While they originally had no place on the battlefield, as the war continues without end and a new age of exploration begins they find themselves increasingly closer to the battlefield. Armed only with the construct they have pieced together and a determination to be at the fore-front of discovery they fight for a new future.

Tips:

The Repair Bill: Chances are you will be the only one in the party with repair spells. Keep that in mind when deciding between an offensive spell to make yourself more useful, and a support spell to keep your robot in fighting shape.

That’ll Be 1 Million Credits Please: It doesn’t take money to improve a robot, but it does take money to build new ones. Try to keep them from taking critical damage, and remember that buying a new robot with abilities up to your level gets increasingly expensive.

I’m Not Carrying That: Your robots have weight, if you don’t plan on carrying them yourself keep that in mind. Even though you may have multiple robots you can only have one active for quite a while. And having your robots carry your other robots isn’t nice when it encumbers them as well.

Life and Energy: All the HP for your robots is taken from the same energy pool. Activating two robots at once can double your damage, but it can also double damage taken. Also remember that if your robots are still in combat after they run out of energy, they can still take extra damage and become destroyed.
